Collectively drawing from over 200 years of hospitality experience in various brands, our leaders are specialists in their field who provide know-how, insight, and hands-on support to each stage of the process from investment to renovation, through to sales and operations.

Vice President of Hotels, Sam Fair brings over 30 years of Multi-Unit Hotel Operations experience to the Empire Team. His expertise extends from luxury hotels to economy brands with a span of control in excess of 750 hotels. Sam’s significant knowledge includes all aspects of hotel management from acquisitions to daily operations. Sam knows how to spot potential, identify areas for improvement and position a hotel for long-term success.
